Returns and Refunds

  • All Sales are Final:
    As each item is carefully handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hannergurumi@gmail.com. Include the following:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the damaged or defective item.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • Resolution Options:
    Once we verify the issue, we will:

    • Offer a replacement item (if available), OR

    • Provide a full refund.

Cancelations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped. Please email us at hannergurumi@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders that exceed the 7-day damage/defect claim window.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

  • Custom or personalized orders.
