Patch & Puddles Cat Pattern

Included are instructions to crochet your very own Patch & Puddles. (US terminology)
Materials:
Size G hook  (4mm)
Honey Bunny (Or like yarn) 
1 Ball for main Cat color
Less than 1 ball for cat accent color
1 ball for Onesie Color
Less than one ball for onesie accents
for the pattern photos I used Big twist posh yarn
30mm Eyes or felt eyes
16mm eyes for frog
optional Smile for Frog
Poly Fiber Fill
Needle and Scissors
